Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  1. You received a defective or damaged product.
  2. You received the wrong item, size, or design.
  3. The product arrived in a condition different from what was shown or described on our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With all tags, accessories, bandanas, pouches, or included items.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Return Request Period

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue with your product.

Return or exchange requests sent after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the available refund method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method or service provider.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

If the return or exchange is approved due to an issue caused by FLOWY, we will guide you regarding the return shipping process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Items damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without approval.
  • Items purchased during final sale, unless defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or processed. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
